Short CASE STUDY: "Change Management" and "Out of The Box Thinking".

Change Management is the necessity in the context of agile organizations and even in each and every individuals life. I believe that the only constant thing in this life is the CHANGE. Yes, obviously being very idealistic and in philosophical way we do say the same, But when we talk the same in the practical scenario then this need some tactical tool to get out of these thinking to achieve the Target....The Need...!!!

Its very true that change changes us. The Change is the fundamental to the growth....and sooo many intellectual things come in my mind when we talk about a simple but a grand term- "The CHANGE"....!!!

The necessity is something (must say mostly) different. Don't you (guys and gals) think that-

1. We are much adoptable to "the change". Even without thinking about the ill effects of that Change; We don't even think that, the change which we are going to adopt (either in life or in organization) will be right or Not.

(As sometimes we get to know (after having change) that Bad/wrong technologies come into the picture and then we  regret that- Ohhh Nooo....this Type of Change was Not the Need....!!! This is not the change which can change us.)

2. We are living in the society where since some time a jargon name "OUT of The Box Thinking" came in to the picture. students in schools/colleges, employees in organizations are forced to have this folk in their set of bags. They used to force them to think out of the box. They directly neglect (even abruptly) the common thinking. Even i got shocked when i attended a child' name giving ceremony. Grandfather thought some names (with awesome meaningful names) But the modern mother was keep on saying- think some out of the box names. My message is to say only- Guys dont you think that after a long period we will find much difficulty with the things which are common to us now because we are not giving importance to normal and not even to the very importantly "the naturalism".

Hope the message got conveyed to guys and gals with grey hairs.

Hope to have a smile on your face after having pain to read this blog content.

Case Study: "Narendra Modi; A Need OR Tool to uplift India from Abyss...!!!" (www.google.com , http://navbharattimes.indiatimes.com/)

Huh..h GDP going down...Value of Rupee is worst..Security neither internal nor external...Many problems!!!

Voice echoing.....everywhere....people demanding for someone ardently.....desperate to see someone in the most important post of this country.....Yes the post of Prime minister of INDIA.....but who is that someone....So lets say his name:::::::::"NARENDRA MODI"

Three things come into my mind when i see the huge expectation from crowd (even by whom, who even don't know who is he....some people in villages with the age of 80 years, who even never seen Modi; not even picture, but expect much more from him).

- Is Modi capable to fulfill these dreams?
- Can Modi become a tool to uplift India from Abyss?
- Will he become secular enough when he'l get the post?
www.google.com http://navbharattimes.indiatimes.com/
Although many things can be discussed within this context But today there is no need to have a talk in this.

India is a country of diversity, So its obvious to have diversified views and expectations; thus its not easy for Modi to deal with parties for making government in allies. Its very tough feeling to realize that still Indian voters vote dependent on Cast, Creed, Culture, Communism and Cuisine But NOT in the matter of Corruption. In this context politics is hated by Youth of India. According to survey of census below 30 years, there are 65% of Indian population is youth. If Youth get agitated with movement of Anna Hazare and Mr. Kejariwaal then why Not these youth voters go for voting against the corrupt government. With this blog i am Not even blaming UPA government but also abusing them for there bad policies, poor foreign policies, extream corruption etc etc (Non-ended List). But with the same time I call upon youth of India to wake up for a bright future of India.

Dude, Buddy, Guys and Gals.....Yaar be Alive, Awake and Aware....We need to think about MODI.
Simply don't accept him as granted, analyze him...and then make a decision. Decide Modi is a need or tool to uplift India from Abyss or not even both....or Both.

Modi is a topic in chaay tapri, Modi is a topic in buses, Modi is a topic in railway compartments, bus stops, dinning tables of many homes, school and college canteens and so on many. (But the worst discussion we find at News Channels). Whenever I see all these discussions; i feel so happy about my country and awaken people. But with the same time I become sad because people take him as granted, just want to remove UPA with roots so they demand MODI (although I aslo like Modi's personality in terms of his activeness and his Gujarat model).

Hope for the best for this country.
